GeoYeti focuses on advanced analytics, data science, development of the applications that support such work. We seek a Technical Targeter to support a client in Herndon/Reston/Dulles area. We support a broad range of IC and DoD clients, though a common theme across our portfolio is that our team members, regardless of their role, interact with the end users around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Candidate possesses a strong background in technical intelligence collection, analysis, and targeting methodologies.

• The Technical Targeter will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and exploiting technical vulnerabilities to support mission objectives.

• Technical Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of various systems, networks, and technologies used by adversaries.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities in target systems.
  • Remain current with emerging technologies and trends
• Target Identification:
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts to identify high-priority targets based on mission objectives.
  • Develop and maintain target profiles
  • Utilize advanced technical tools and methodologies to track and monitor identified targets.
• Collection:
  • Develop and implement strategies to exploit technical vulnerabilities in target systems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to enhance collection capabilities.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies to collect and analyze data from targeted systems.

• If there is a requirement to generate products or reporting Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports and assessments to support decision-making.
  • Provide timely updates on target developments and trends to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other intelligence professionals to integrate technical findings into broader intelligence products.

• If there is a requirement to brief said products or reporting Product Development:
  • Produce clear and concise intelligence products, including written reports, briefings, and visual aids.
  • Tailor intelligence assessments to meet the needs of various stakeholders and decision-makers.

• If there is a cross-team collaboration and/or training component to the position as there often is: Collaboration and Training:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technical targeters.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance with the required FS Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. Relevant professional experience may be substituted for a degree

• 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Able to adapt to evolving mission priorities and changing technologies. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Intelligence Community Experience preferred
